Lee Li is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ecoray, leading corporate strategy, power procurement and project development. Since 2022, he has built Ecoray into a U.S. digital infrastructure operator with 164MW of energized load across four states.

Prior to Ecoray, Mr. Li served as Vice President of Riverside Kaiya Real Estate Development, overseeing large-scale residential and commercial development. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Southern California and an Executive MBA.

Lisa Scott serves as Chief Financial Officer of Ecoray, leading financial strategy, capital planning, project financing and investor relations.

Ms. Scott brings more than 15 years of experience in audit, corporate banking and executive management. She began her career at KPMG auditing corporate and energy-sector clients, then served as General Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, managing a portfolio of more than 800 corporate clients. She holds an MSc in Banking and International Finance, with Distinction, from City, University of London, and a BA in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham.

Steven Li serves as Chief Development Officer of Ecoray, leading site origination, power procurement and new project development, including negotiations with utilities and coordination with state and local officials.

Mr. Li brings experience in real estate development and financial analysis, having managed large-scale projects including a multi-family development of more than 3.2 million square feet. He co-founded Enova KTV, a Washington, D.C.-based venture focused on financial forecasting, and began his career at CCM Investment analyzing the oil and energy sector.

Jason .Miller

Jason Miller serves as Chief Operating Officer of Ecoray, overseeing site operations, construction and commissioning, uptime performance, safety, and coordination with local utilities and contractors.

Mr. Miller brings four years of experience in large-scale Bitcoin mining infrastructure, having managed and supported 15 mining facilities totaling approximately 300MW. His expertise spans facility deployment, network infrastructure, ASIC operations and maintenance, and incident response to minimize downtime.

Mr. Babcock has been a practicing attorney for more than 33 years and is the founding and managing partner of the law firm of Babcock & Associates. His practice focuses on representing businesses, their board members, managers and executives in connection with their Company’s business operations. He advises clients on various matters including mergers, acquisitions, equity and debt financings, real estate lease and acquisition, and general corporate and contract matters.
